Anyone who violates our terms or does not adhere to our rules can be dropped from a group order without refund. By joining a group order hosted by IU Canada, you automatically agree to the following terms:

🚨 GROUP ORDERS ARE NOT A FAST SERVICE 🚨

​

Group orders are a means to purchase goods cheaper, not faster. PLEASE BE COMMITTED. It might take a while for you to get your order so do not join if you are not willing to wait and go through the process. Group orders can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months to be completed. This can be for many reasons, such as delays in shipping, merchants not shipping goods, items being out of stock/unreleased, our schedules being too busy to package/ship, missing packaging material, awaiting replies, etc.

We ask for your patience and understanding. We will do your best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.

🚨 PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE 🚨

We request that you read everything carefully before you submit your form to ensure that you are 930516% committed to your order, as cancelling or backing out of your order will not be possible once the goods are purchased.

We only host group orders if we are fairly positive it will be worth it for our joiners and they WILL save on shipping, however we can not guarantee prices for shipping. We can possibly give you estimate but they are ONLY an estimate—not the actual price.

🚨 PAYMENT DEADLINES ARE STRICT UNLESS DISCUSSED PRIVATELY 🚨

If you can't pay by the payment deadlines, please contact us ASAP! We are willing to hold your items for the amount of time agreed up until you are able to pay. While we do expect you to pay by the deadline, we understand this is not always possible and may be willing to grant payment extensions ONLY if discussed with us BEFORE the deadline.

However, if you are still unable to pay by the deadline extension and we do not hear from you, you will be dropped from the order with no refunds provided.

🚨 PAYMENT IN ETRANSFER OR PAYPAL FRIENDS & FAMILY ONLY 🚨

We only accept PayPal via Friends & Family (F&F) or eTransfer. If you send your payment via PayPal Goods & Services (G&S), we will refund it and request for you to re-submit the payment immediately.

🚨 WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE/LOSS/ERROR CAUSED BY MANUFACTURERS OR POSTAL SERVICES 🚨

If there are any manufacturing errors (ex. missing inclusions, discrepancies) we cannot be responsible. We will try our best to rectify the issue but ultimately, there is nothing we can do.

If an item is damaged during transit from the original host to us, we cannot provide refunds. We promise full transparency and will let you know if items arrive damaged to us.

​

We are not responsible for any damaged or lost goods once sent out. We will do our very best to package the goods to prevent any damage. If you have specific requests, please let us know.

​

We are also not responsible for any lost mail. Most of our orders will have tracked shipping, and if something goes wrong, we will try our best to locate it but we can not be responsible after we have mailed it. If we offer untracked (stamped) shipping options that the joiner chooses then we will provide proof of mailing but will not be responsible for the order after it is sent.

🚨 FOR ANY ORDER ERROR CLAIMS, WE REQUIRE AN UNBOXING VIDEO & PICTURES 🚨

In order to claim errors in your order (ex. missing items/damages from the result of our error), you must have an unboxing video where the order is sealed at the beginning AND clear pictures of the items. We will only accept errors that are caused from our own negligence, and not from the postal service's shipping & handling since that is out of our control.

🚨 ILL BEHAVIOUR CAN LEAD TO A GROUP ORDER BAN 🚨

​

If a joiner is not communicating, behaving inappropriately, sending payments or ghosting us after multiple attempts at contact then they will be dropped from our group order and, more than likely, banned from joining any of IU Canada's group orders.

​

If a joiner is found to be reselling goods bought from our group order at a higher price to make a profit from our non-profit group orders, then depending on the situation, will likely be banned from joining any of IU Canada's group orders.
